Views of the sun setting	Headaches from staring at the sun setting
Ability to people watch	On the 9th floor, the only people watching is the conference room across the street
Vitamin D from the sun	Early onset of crows feet from squinting
Temperature control	I look menopausal because I open and close the window 14 times a day
